How To Add Your Gmail Account In Outlook 2007

But Microsoft Outlook 2007 is the best preferred application in the corporate, school and other organization as it can get access to multiple mail services. Reminder and many other features are inbuilt. You can add your Gmail account and other mail service accounts in Outlook 2007.

How to add your Gmail account in outlook 2007

To add  your Gmail account in outlook 2007  you have to enable POP service in your Gmail account,which you want to add.Just go to the setting in the account and enable POP(post office protocol) status.

After doing so you can add your Gmail account in outlook 2007.

In Outlook 2007 chose Account Settings From Tools Menu.

Now Chose New.

After that put your name, email address, password in the Add New E-mail Account Box

Click next.Then the box will appear given below.

After this step the setup should be completed.Then the following message should be appeared.

But some time it does not work.Then appears the message  below.

Don’t worry.You have to go just some steps forward .Just start from the staring step and check the box “Manually configure server settings or additional server types” in the step geiven below.

Fill up the  boxes.

Write full email address in user name field.

Go to More Settings.

Now switch to the advanced tab.And put

Incoming server(POP): 995

Outgoing server (SMTP):587

And also fill the other options shown below.

Press OK and go through the rest of the wizard.

Your Gmail account has been added in Outlook 2007.
