I created the XP “bootable” CD
    HOWEVER,
the instructs indicated that the bcd.iso file is to be written to a CD. I did that.
The directory of the CD has the file “bcd.iso” listed (size is about 560 MB)

    The CD will NOT boot.
What do I need to do to de-compose the bcd.iso image, so that the CD is bootable?
