1. Start Windows in Safe Mode with Networking

• Reboot your computer.
• Press F8 key until you see the Windows XP Advance Option menu.
• Select “Safe Mode with Networking”.

2.  Antivirus live application changes the internet explore settings and you can’t download any anti-malware software. 4. Download  Malwarebytes’ Anti Malware. Close all the running program and install it without changes to any default setting. After installation it will be automatically connected to the internet for updates.

5.  As soon as the updating process is finished, a “Malwarebytes’ Anti Malware” window will be launched. Under “Scanner” tab enable “Perform full scan” option. Click on “Scan” bottom. A “Perform full scan” window will be pop out. Select the drive and click on “Start Scan”.

6. After scanning it will list the detected Malware. Check the boxes which you want to remove and click “Remove Selected”. Reboot your system.
