How to Sync Dropbox Files with Amazon Cloud Drive
Amazon Cloud Drive is one of the best and reliable cloud storage service and recently they’ve announced with providing the free space up to 5 GB and unlimited bandwidth allocation.
Dropbox is another file syncing service that provides a 2 GB free space in cloud with facility of syncing any files across computers. Even you can use Dropbox to sync Google Docs documents with multiple PC.
What I am saying that I am a great fan of Dropbox and use to keep a copy of any important assets in my Dropbox account. But the problem with Dropbox is that the free space they provide is too short.

If you are planning to move your files to ACD or at least want to keep a copy of all the files from the Dropbox, managing them manually is not a productive way, sometime it is overwhelming. Rather, you can set your Dropbox to sync with the Amazon Cloud Drive. But in reality, there is no such option that both the services provide to sync files between ACD and Dropbox.
In this situation, Gladinet can play a vital role as they recently announced that Gladinet supports Amazon Cloud Drive. Though Gladinet does not support the direct syncing with Dropbox, you can still make use of it to sync you Dropbox with Amazon Cloud Drive. Learn here how to do that.
Sync Dropbox with Amazon Cloud Drive via Gladinet
Gladinet supports syncing from your computer hard disk with ACD and you can make use of this feature as all of your Dropbox files also reside at your computer’s hard drive.
Setting Up of Gladinet with Amazon Cloud Drive
1. Download and install Gladinet in your computer. Once the installation is completed, start the application.
2. There are several services that you can ingrate with this. Simply, select Amazon Cloud Drive from the drop down menu.
3. Add the necessary information of your Amazon account and finish all the tasks required to mount the Virtual Directory. If every thing goes fine, you should see a new drive has been added to your computer.

Get the Dropbox folder in Gladinet
1. At the home screen of Gladinet, click on the option called as Backup my Folder.
2. Select the Dropbox folder by browsing from your computer.
3. Now you will have to set the location where you want to sync the Dropbox folder. So, create a new folder at your cloud drive and select that folder as the target location.

The above settings will backup the content of your Dropbox folder to Amazon Cloud Drive. But you should choose the backup to run automatically from the option “When to Backup” so that any changes in your files get synced automatically.

Hence, any changes in your Dropbox will be reflected in Amazon Cloud Drive automatically provided your computer is running.

Is this a backup of the backup? Because dropbox limit is 2Gb, the ACD storage used is gonna be 2Gb or less. I understood at the beginning it was a way to take advantage of the ACD’s 5Gb but this is not possible, correct?
