Manage Multiple Email Accounts From one Email Account
Most of us have multiple email account.You should feel some time boring to check all the emails every day one by one for new mail.But here is how you can bypass the checking of each email account for new mail. At first decide a email account among your all accounts as a primary email account which you will check daily and manage all the other accounts. Now you can add multiple email accounts to this account as secondary account and forward all your incoming mail to the primary email account and read them in the same place.
How to add Secondary email accounts in the primary email account
1. Log in to your primary email address and go to setting.
2. On account tab you will find “Add POP3 email account”.

3. A pop up window will be appeared titled with “Add another email address you won”.

4. Fill up your secondary email address there and click next and then “Send Verification” button.

5. A verification mail will be sent to your secondary email account.
6. Open your secondary email account and click the verification link.
Now you have added you secondary email account to your primary email account.
Next:
Forward your incoming mail from secondary email account to the primary account
Log in to your secondary email account and forward all incoming mail to your primary email address.
Go to settings and then “Forwarding and POP/IMAP”

That is all to get your emails of the secondary email account in the primary one.
Now for identifying the mail which have been forwarded from your secondary email addresses follow the next step.
Create label and filter to manage the mails from different email account
1. Open your Primary email account . Go to settings and select the Tab Labels and create a New label. Name it something by which you can identify its source email account .
2. Now Click The Filters Tab and select Create a New Filter. Type your secondary email address in to To: field.
3. Click Next Step and Select “Apply the label”. pick the label that you created In the earlier step.
Now you have done all to manage multiple email accounts from email account and can check the all mails of multiple email account in one Email account.You can also reply them from your primary account.Don’t worry.At the time of replying a mail you can chose the email account from where you want to reply.It is pretty easy.
