YouTube is the world’s most popular video uploading site. While the purpose of that site is to share videos across the internet, people are also eager to share their MP3 files through YouTube. The problem is that YouTube does not allow to upload any audio file instead of a video file.
But, uploading the MP3 file is still possible if they can be served as videos to YouTube.
Using PowerPoint to upload MP3 musics at YouTube
You can upload your favorite MP3 musics at YouTube by using PowerPoint. Actually you can upload only the videos at YouTube.
PowerPoint can be used to combine an audio(mp3) file with a static image and later you can convert that combined file into a video. Also learn how to create quiz contest using PowerPoint.
What you have to do at first is open the Microsoft PowerPoint application in your computer and create a new slide with blank document layout.
Now insert a suitable image into the slide. To insert a picture, click on the Insert tab from the main ribbon and click on Picture.
Now, locate the image from your computer’s hard drive and click on Insert.
This will take the image into the slide. Use the mouse to set the image with the slide.
Once you are done, again click on the Insert tab and then click on the Sound button.
and select “Sound from File…”.
Open the sound file from your computer.
A message appears asking like this:
“How do you want the sound to start in the slide show?”
Click on Automatically.
Now you can view an audio symbol has been appeared at the slide. Right-click on that symbol and then select Send to back > Send to Back.
Save the document as PowerPoint Show clicking on the Office button.
All you have done is you created a PowerPoint presentation which contains the MP3 file as background music of a static image. But you still can’t upload that file at YouTube as it does not support presentation files.
Converting the PowerPoint Presentation into Video file
There are still some few steps to go for uploading the MP3 music at YouTube. There are many applications to convert PowerPoint presentation file into video files. But I found PowerVideoMaker as a great tool to convert the earlier created presentation file into a video file that is supported by YouTube.
Download PowerVideoMaker and install it in your computer. Once you installed, convert the PowerPoint Show file into MPEG video file and you are done! You can also follow the tutorial how to convert PowerPoint files into video.
